Maersk's collection team has well-defined processes that guarantee excellent results for the company and its stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out performance appraisals and providing feedback- Analyzing reports to assess team productivity- Ensuring the well-being of the team through an environment with a balance between respect and results- Managing the collection process to ensure excellent results- Coordinating improvement processes with stakeholders- Delivering solutions that facilitate customer payments- Monitoring results and creating action plans for continuous improvementWe are looking for:- Leadership experience- Technical skills: advanced excel and office package.
