Position: Global Digital Marketing, CRM & Social Coordinator Employment Type: Full-Time CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) under Brazilian labor law Location: Remote Work Preferred Industry Experience: Travel, Airlines, Hospitality, or Luxury e-commerce Responsibilities: - Manage the opportunity pipeline, oversee leads generation, and optimize conversion from the sales funnel. - Manage the relationship with the marketing agency, preparing briefing, controlling budget/demands/SLA, execution across all channels - social media, emails, WhatsApp, SMS, email blasts, customer support with CX. - Support bTd Growth across all markets in the US, Brazil, and Portugal and market entry as part of the plan. - Implement and refine digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement. - Lead CRM initiatives, ensuring effective customer relationship management and retention strategies. - Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand objectives and industry trends. - Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey and deliver exceptional experiences. - Analyze performance metrics and insights to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. - Social media champion for bTd by leading all posts and performance measurements. - Event coordination with marketing agency, PR companies, local producers, and suppliers.
