Join our dynamic New York based IV infusion business as a Sales Specialist. This role is crucial for someone with a deep understanding of our products and the ability to forge outstanding client relationships through exceptional sales expertise.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing detailed information about our services to prospective clients.
• Master the booking systems and understand the nuances of scheduling clients in different states, ensuring no overbooking.
• Process client payments, including obtaining and authorizing credit card information.
• Schedule consultations for specialized services such as weight loss, connecting clients with nurse practitioners as needed.
• Manage customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up, utilizing CRM tools to track interactions (training provided).
• Perform administrative duties and maintain client records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
