What You’ll be Doing

The Sales

Solutions Architect s earches for customers and renews those who are already in the portfolio. This role will be responsible for supporting account managers in their efforts to market Chrome Enterprise devices into hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have experience using systems deployment technologies, service delivery, and solution selling into complex enterprise and education environments.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

● Identify and promote Lenovo, Chrome, and Chrome related Service opportunities.● Act as a primary contact for Chrome related services, opportunities and service.● Assist the team’s Chrome sales and service team with designing solutions for complexenterprise environments and bringing solutions to market.● Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements and align Lenovo Chromeservice solutions to shorten sales cycles and solve technical challenges● Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Chrome product positioning and services.● Maintain expertise/certification in Chrome products, programs, competitive landscape,and market trends; ensure Lenovo follows Chrome Advocate certification and otheragreement requirements.● Work with Lenovo reps to deliver customer presentations and remove technical salesbarriers to shorten Chrome Enterprise and Education Upgrade sales cycles● Work with Lenovo technical engineers to design service solutions and ensure the servicescoping and delivery process is designed to remove technical sales barriers for ChromeEnterprise technology.● Provide knowledge sharing and best practices to reps for solutions sold in customerenvironments.

What You Bring to the Role

● Experience with solution selling and/or service delivery of Chrome solutions or relevanttechnologies into end user computing and mobile environments.● Experience with migrating or implementing operating systems into enterpriseenvironments (i.e. USMT).● Familiarity with directory services, multi-factor authentication and single-sign ontechnologies in enterprise or education environments.● Experience with device management and app management solutions in enterpriseand/or education environments● The following certifications will need to be obtained or already held within the first 3months of employment: Google Chrome Advocate onboarding training● English language: fluent
