Job description

FutbolSites, a part of Better Collective, connects global brands to millions of fans in Latin

America & US. +350M users reached monthly on our owned-and-operated web, video, and

social properties.


Your main responsibilities

  • Provide internal client support and assist the commercial team in developing proposals, coordinating prospects with the sales, design, and branded content teams.

  • Identify and organize opportunities.

  • Design newsletters and proposals.

  • Follow up on campaigns together with the Ad Operations team.

  • Take ownership of the account management process with key existing partners.

  • Execute client communications (in person, by phone, or via email) in line with company standards and processes.

  • Direct client management for ongoing campaigns (registration, optimization, and reporting of campaigns); monitor and diagnose campaign performance and KPIs.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or related fields in Marketing and Communications

  • Previous experience in account management within media agencies or working with sports media

  • Advanced / bilingual English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Multitasking capacity, strong teamwork skills, and marked customer service orientation; ability to identify and understand client needs

  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Google Data Studio, Photoshop, and Google Drive

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Knowledge of the sports market
