Accounting Senior Analyst

Position Summary

The Senior Accounting Analyst has as main responsibilities several activities related to accounting, such as: integration of Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cashiers and Banks, Billing, Inventory in the Datasul system, accounting reconciliations, specific reports, controls, reservations, manual accounting entries and other responsibilities inherent to the accounting routine.

Duties

1)    Control of fixed assets (asset inclusion, write-off, depreciation calculation and placing nameplates)
2)    CAPEX control and reporting
3)    Accounting integrations in the payroll module, invoicing, assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash and banks and inventory
4)    Accounting reclassifications.
5)    Accounting reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
6)    Manual entries
7)    E&O reserve control and accounting
8)    Control and accounting of the guarantee reserve
9)    Control and accounting of tax transitory accounts
10)    Control and accounting of reservation and write-off of representative commission
11)    Control and accounting of intercompany accounts payable and receivable
12)    Completion of IBGE data
13)    Preparation of reconciliations in the Blackline system
14)    Inventory closing (calculate the average and adjustment)
15)    Calculation and accounting of financial PIS and COFINS
16)    IRPJ/CS calculation and accounting
17)    Reports and analyzes
18)    Sarbanes-Oxley Validation

Education Degree

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting sciences with active CRC.
• Good knowledge related to the office package.
• Advanced level in Excel.
• Good knowledge of Datasul, taxes, costs, inventory, fixed assets and accounting.
• Advanced level in English.
• 6 to 8 years of experience.
