That’s where you come in. We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager.
In this Role, You’ll:
- Responsible for performance in the Affiliate Marketing channel.
- Lead monthly budget allocation, forecasting, and reporting on KPIs by GEO, ensuring ROI optimization and reports on key KPIs in GEOs.
- Ensure that all affiliate material is up-to-date, such as campaigns, bonus offers, and links, and that affiliate websites are promoting BetWarrior in an appropriate and compatible manner.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our affiliate platform (MyAffiliates), ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and partner setup.
- Serve as the main liaison for key affiliates, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.
- Manage current affiliate partners and recruit new partners in all GEOs.
- Oversee implementation and testing of affiliate tracking setups in collaboration with tech/BI teams.
- Collaborate with our design team to deliver landing pages and other creative assets for our long-tail partners.
- Ensure affiliate campaigns complement central lifecycle and retention strategies.
- Run the affiliate channel performance analysis using different attribution models and optimize the channel accordingly.
- Work closely with BI, CRM, and Finance to align affiliate strategy with broader acquisition goals.
- Deliver weekly and monthly affiliate performance reports, including traffic, FTDs, deposits, and ROI by GEO and partner.
- Prepare finance reconciliation reports (commissions, invoices, payments) in coordination with the Finance team.
- Monitor and assess affiliate traffic quality on an ongoing basis, identifying patterns of incentivized, low retention, or fraudulent traffic and taking corrective action in coordination with BI and Finance teams.
We’re Looking for Someone who Brings:
- Results-driven professional with a strong ownership mindset, capable of building and scaling the affiliate channel with a clear focus on FTD growth and ROI.
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the igaming industry, with a proven track record of growing affiliate channels and delivering measurable acquisition results.
- Experience with reports, especially knowledge of Power BI and/or Data Studio.
- Solid analytical and self-sufficient skills. Being proactive is a must!
- Team player, able to work with multiple business units and stakeholders to achieve goals.
- Ability to work and adapt quickly to changes.
- Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing competitive deals with affiliate partners.
- An established network of affiliate contacts in gaming, betting, or fintech.
Bonus Points if You Also Have:
- Using planning tools (Jira – Asana – Trello), agile experience will be an advantage.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Academic training in Digital Marketing and Mobile Marketing, is a plus.
- Good understanding of the gambling industry.
- Customer-centric mindset; think and act with the customer in mind.
- Previous experience with affiliate platforms (NetRefer, MyAffiliates, Income Access, or similar).
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in Brazil or other
regulated markets.
