Propósito do Cargo

Atuará como parceiro estratégico do coordenador da área, garantindo a eficiência dos processos administrativos por meio da organização, padronização e melhoria contínua das rotinas, contribuindo para a fluidez das operações.

Local da vaga: São Paulo/SP

Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido

Principais responsabilidades:

• Governança, melhoria e padronização dos processos internos do time de Administração de vendas.

• Atuará como uma ponte estratégica entre a execução das tarefas diárias e a tomada de decisões da gestão, garantindo o bom funcionamento da área.

• Análise de dados operacionais para elaboração de relatórios gerencias de indicadores.

• Governança de assuntos relacionados a fornecedores (contratos e ordens de pagamentos).

• Interface com diferentes áreas para suporte e avanço de estratégias da companhia.
