Accountabilities:
- Partner with technology and business teams to identify opportunities for productivity improvement, operational efficiency, and process optimization.
- Analyze performance indicators, team capacity, quality metrics, and workflow data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop organizational diagnostics focused on productivity, agile maturity, and process effectiveness.
- Support leaders in defining, monitoring, and improving performance indicators, objectives, and action plans.
- Identify opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence solutions to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Conduct studies and analyses using data from development, collaboration, and productivity tools.
- Build dashboards, executive reports, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to different audiences.
- Support transformation initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and the adoption of agile and data-driven practices.
- Promote knowledge sharing around agility, innovation, Lean methodologies, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to remove organizational bottlenecks and accelerate results.
Requirements
- Higher education in progress or completed in areas related to technology, business, engineering, or similar fields.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Experience working with organizational agility, continuous improvement, productivity initiatives, or related areas.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, Lean principles, and organizational transformation practices.
- Experience analyzing performance indicators, metrics, and operational data.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology delivery processes.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, GitHub, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools, such as Power BI, advanced Excel, or equivalent solutions.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.
- Ability to create executive reports, communicate insights clearly, and present recommendations to leadership.
- Strong analytical mindset, collaboration skills, and ability to work across different teams and stakeholders.
