This role is focused on creating strategic content initiatives that support business growth, customer engagement, and product adoption.
The professional will develop impactful communication materials across multiple channels, connecting brand strategy with customer needs and business objectives.
You will work closely with Marketing, Growth, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to build content journeys that generate value throughout the customer lifecycle.
The position requires a strong combination of creativity, analytical thinking, storytelling skills, and knowledge of content marketing strategies.
You will contribute to initiatives involving inbound marketing, SEO, product launches, lead nurturing, and customer experience improvement.

Accountabilities:
The Senior Content Analyst will be responsible for defining and executing content strategies that support business goals, strengthen customer relationships, and improve product adoption. The main responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing content strategies aligned with business objectives, go-to-market plans, and customer needs.
- Creating content journeys and segmented communication flows based on user personas, customer stages, and engagement opportunities.
- Producing diverse content formats, including emails, newsletters, blog articles, website copy, landing pages, social media posts, video scripts, infographics, and e-books.
- Creating sales enablement materials such as one-pagers and commercial support documents to help sales teams communicate product value effectively.
- Preparing content briefs and collaborating with Marketing, Growth, Customer Success, Customer Experience, Sales, and Product teams.
- Supporting inbound marketing, organic growth, SEO initiatives, product-led growth strategies, and customer experience improvements.
- Researching market trends, relevant topics, and keywords to identify content opportunities and audience interests.
- Monitoring content performance, analyzing results, and continuously optimizing materials to improve engagement and business impact.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in content creation, strategic communication, and marketing initiatives, with the ability to transform complex ideas into clear and persuasive messages. Required qualifications and skills include:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a content writer, content analyst, or similar role creating strategic content across multiple formats.
- Experience producing clear, concise, and persuasive content, preferably in B2B environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity, collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies, SEO techniques, organic traffic generation, and performance analysis.
- Experience with copywriting, storytelling, and audience-focused communication.
- Ability to understand customer journeys and create content tailored to different audiences and business objectives.
- Desirable: Experience or knowledge of SaaS and/or ERP markets.
