Propósito do Cargo

• Executar e aprimorar rotinas de controle de custos, garantindo a acuracidade das informações e o alinhamento com os processos estabelecidos pela área.
• Local de Trabalho: São Paul
• Modelo de trabalho: tempo integral, híbrido

Suas principais responsabilidades

• Realizar análises financeiras e operacionais relacionadas a custos, apoiando a tomada de decisão das áreas internas.
• Coletar, organizar e consolidar dados provenientes de diferentes áreas, assegurando que as informações estejam completas, coerentes e atualizadas.
• Monitorar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) relacionados a custos, identificando desvios e apoiando na proposição de ações corretivas.
• Elaborar relatórios, apresentações e dashboards que facilitem o acompanhamento de custos, eficiência operacional e oportunidades de otimização.
• Apoiar o desenvolvimento e a implementação de políticas e processos de governança de custos, contribuindo para a disseminação da cultura de responsabilidade financeira.
• Participar de iniciativas de otimização de recursos e melhoria contínua, realizando análises e levantamentos necessários para embasar projetos.
• Dar suporte em estudos financeiros, análises comparativas e simulações que auxiliem em iniciativas de transformação, inovação e sustentabilidade financeira.
