PROPÓSITO DO CARGO

A posição de Analista de distribuição garante a disponibilidade e integridade de processos de todos os CDs no Brasil, assegurando a execução ponta a ponta da operação logística. A posição tem  forte interface com áreas de Supply Chain, CS, foco em nível de serviço, controle de ativos, Inventário de Produto Acabado e Paletes, Densidade de Canhoto, Waste, Self Life, gestão de bloqueados, Cutoff e aplicação e identificação de desvios bem como corrigir desvios operacionais conforme politica de procedimentos,  com disciplina e melhoria contínua.

Termos & Condições: Modelo híbrido com viagens pontuais nos centros de distribuição ICE, inventario nos operadores Logístico.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

• Liderar os processos operacionais a logística, garantindo planejamento de inventario PA, inventario de ativos e Ajustes de estoque e cobranças de ALDs;

• Gerenciar indicadores de performance da operação, POD, Lead Time, Waste, Self Life, perdas, avarias, garantir acuracidade de inventário.

• Atuar em parceria com times dos CD´s e suportar conforme necessidade.

• Cultura de segurança, compliance, disciplina operacional e melhoria contínua.

O QUE BUSCAMOS

• Formação superior completa em Administração, Logística, Supply Chain ou áreas correlatas.

• Experiência sólida em operações logísticas, gestão de ativos, distribuição, armazenagem.

• Capacidade analítica para gestão de indicadores, orçamento, produtividade e implementação de planos de melhoria.

• Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão, Excel e sistemas ERP/SAP.

• PBI

• Inglês intermediário será considerado um diferencial.
