We are looking for a Paid Marketing Analyst to join our Brazil Marketing Team. You will be working closely with our marketing specialists to add great value to our potential customers and generate growth for Doctoralia Brazil and Chile, part of Docplanner Group.

What will you do?
Design, manage and execute the B2B data-driven paid marketing strategy focused on doctors and medical clinics for prospecting and lead generation in Brazil and Chile.
Co-create paid marketing strategy & set up KPIs in cooperation with Head of Marketing and Global Head of Paid Marketing.
Launching, monitoring, optimizing and results reporting of all Paid Marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads & Affiliates) continuously maximize marketing investment, foster testing and find new ways to expand and scale campaigns on both existing and new platforms.
Cooperate with Content Specialists and graphic designers with the responsibility of creating amazing and high converting landing pages.
Explain to the different stakeholders (who are the stakeholders) the status of the projects and follow up closely their requests. Own the game, be a leader of your area!
Qualifications
A few years of relevant, hands-on paid marketing experience with extraordinary achievements, high-growth environments or performance agencies.
Proven track record in managing and executing paid marketing strategies that have a direct impact on company revenue.
Strong knowledge of Paid Social and Google Ads optimization techniques and targeting strategies, bidding models and ad units across different ad platforms; proven data-driven analytical thinking and knowledge of channel-specific metrics and KPIs like CPA, CPL, CAC;
Experience managing B2B Lead Generation campaigns is a plus;
Landing page optimization experience will be very valued (CRO);
Experience in decision making within your own area of responsibility;
A can-do attitude with a focus on getting things done to achieve results;
Fluent Portuguese and outstanding English communication skills and interpersonal abilities to cooperate with diverse cultures and nationalities.
