This senior role is designed for a strategic professional who can connect business needs with processes, technology, and innovation. You will lead initiatives focused on process transformation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization. The position offers the opportunity to identify and implement digital transformation, automation, and Artificial Intelligence opportunities. You will also contribute to governance, risk management, internal controls, and strategic decision-making. With significant autonomy, you will act as a technical reference while influencing teams and supporting organizational leadership. Accountabilities:
- Lead initiatives for mapping, redesigning, optimizing, and continuously improving corporate processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and organizational maturity.
- Define and promote methodologies, standards, and best practices for process management, helping establish consistent and effective approaches across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and the application of Artificial Intelligence to improve processes, decision-making, and business outcomes.
- Develop strategic indicators, KPIs, dashboards, and ROI analyses to support performance management and demonstrate the business impact of transformation initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for systems, automation initiatives, and Artificial Intelligence solutions, ensuring technology investments are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and improvement projects, evaluating opportunities and supporting the transition from ideas to practical solutions.
- Support process governance, risk management, and internal controls, helping strengthen organizational practices and ensure appropriate levels of oversight.
- Support and lead audits, certifications, and the maintenance of ISO standards, contributing to compliance and continuous improvement.
- Prepare executive-level analyses and recommendations to support senior leadership in strategic and operational decision-making.
- Act as a technical reference for teams, providing guidance and promoting a culture centered on continuous improvement, innovation, quality, and operational excellence.
- Take ownership of complex business demands and strategic projects, exercising a high degree of autonomy and contributing to broader organizational transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Technologist degree in a relevant field, combined with professional experience aligned with business analysis, process management, technology, innovation, or related disciplines.
- Strong experience in business analysis, process management, process transformation, or organizational improvement, with the ability to operate at a senior and strategic level.
- Proven ability to connect business requirements with technology, automation, digital transformation, and Artificial Intelligence opportunities.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience working with KPIs, dashboards, performance indicators, business analysis, and ROI evaluation.
- Experience with process governance, risk management, internal controls, audits, certifications, or ISO standards is highly relevant to the role.
- Ability to conduct feasibility studies, structure POCs, evaluate improvement opportunities, and support complex projects from analysis through implementation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex business and technology topics into clear recommendations for leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
- High degree of autonomy, strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and a results-oriented mindset suited to complex and high-impact initiatives.
