This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Operações de Benefícios Sênior based in Brazil.


You will play a key role in managing and optimizing employee benefits operations within a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment.
In this role, you will ensure the accurate execution of benefits administration processes, including health and dental plan movements, billing controls, and reimbursements.
You will act as a key point of contact for employees and HR teams, supporting inquiries and ensuring a smooth and reliable benefits experience.
Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across multiple benefits workflows.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance service quality.
This is a detail-oriented and service-driven role where organization, agility, and communication are essential to success.










Accountabilities:



  • Manage benefits administration processes including enrollments, terminations, and changes for health and dental plans.

  • Oversee billing activities such as cost allocation, invoice validation, reconciliation, and payment tracking.

  • Handle reimbursement processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.

  • Provide support to employees and HR teams, responding to inquiries and resolving benefits-related issues.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across benefits systems and databases.

  • Support high-volume operational demands while ensuring service quality and adherence to deadlines.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.


Requirements:



  • Completed higher education degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related fields.

  • Proven experience in benefits operations or HR shared services, preferably in high-demand environments.

  • Strong knowledge of insured and non-insured employee benefits processes.

  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and operational control.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-service mindset.

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

  • Proactive, agile, and detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving abilities.
