JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executar processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, desde a definição de perfil até entrevistas, bem como os procedimentos de contratação, demissão, homologações e administração de pessoal;
• Realizar programas de integração dos novos funcionários, visando o conhecimento da estrutura organizacional, bem como dos programas e procedimentos adotados pela empresa que beneficiam e asseguram o desenvolvimento do trabalho.
• Auxiliar nos procedimentos de folha de pagamento, bem como os procedimentos de contratação, demissão, homologações e administração de pessoal
• Prezar pela manutenção das informações do departamento de Recursos Humanos, colaborando na atualizando do sistema de administração de pessoal
• Manter atualizados os programas de assistência a funcionários, envolvendo assistência médica e odontológica e outros programas de assistência social.
• Analisar e elaborar as atividades relacionadas à comunicação, envolvendo a criação e organização de eventos internos e externos.
• Monitorar o Levantamento de Necessidades de Treinamento (LNT) e sua efetiva aplicação nas carreiras Operacionais, Técnicas, Administrativas e de Lideranças, acompanhando a execução de programas e cronogramas estabelecidos, analisando resultados e seus impactos, como custos, realização e eficácia, avaliando a elaboração e aplicação de treinamentos técnicos e comportamentais e tomando ações corretivas, quando necessário, visando à otimização dos serviços de capacitação profissional
• Executar o arquivamento e controle de documentos dos colaboradores, garantindo a organização, confidencialidade e conformidade com os procedimentos internos.
• Manter atualizadas os Registros da Qualidade, Procedimentos Sistêmicos e atividades da área de Recursos Humanos, de acordo com procedimento estabelecido pela empresa, visando a manutenção da política de qualidade e gestão implementada pela empresa.
