This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ANALISTA DE TESTES/QA - PLENO based in Brazil.
This role is focused on ensuring end-to-end quality across complex digital solutions within a modern, API-driven architecture. You will be responsible for validating functional and integrated user journeys across mobile applications, backend services, and microservices ecosystems. The position plays a critical role in guaranteeing that business rules, data flows, and technical integrations meet defined acceptance criteria throughout all delivery phases. You will work closely with agile squads, contributing to test planning, execution, and continuous improvement of product quality. The environment is highly collaborative and technical, requiring strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the reliability and performance of large-scale digital platforms used in production environments.
Accountabilities:
- Plan, design, and execute functional, exploratory, and integrated tests across end-to-end system flows.
- Validate complete user journeys in mobile applications, ensuring alignment with MVP and evolving product phases.
- Perform API and backend integration testing across microservices and BFF architectures.
- Validate critical flows such as authentication, sessions, notifications, permissions, and API consumption.
- Execute testing across DEV, HML, and pre-production environments, supporting UAT and release readiness.
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects with clear evidence and reproducible steps.
- Validate business rules, data consistency, and API responses against acceptance criteria.
- Support go-live activities and ensure system stability during release cycles.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing roles.
- Experience with functional, exploratory, and integration testing.
- Strong experience validating REST APIs using tools such as Postman or Insomnia.
- Knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger specifications for API validation.
- Basic understanding of JSON structures and payload validation.
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira.
- Ability to analyze business flows and user journeys with a quality-focused mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and investigative problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with mobile testing (React Native/Expo), backend/BFF systems, or observability tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of JWT/session authentication, WebSocket validation, or test automation is a differential.
