Accountabilities
The Analista de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento Pleno (Suporte Técnico) will be responsible for creating, organizing, and delivering training programs focused on developing technical capabilities and improving support team performance.
- Execute and monitor strategic training schedules across in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning formats.
- Design and update advanced learning paths, high-performance onboarding programs, product training, and knowledge reinforcement initiatives.
- Develop engaging training materials using innovative learning methodologies, AI tools, and audiovisual resources.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to measure training effectiveness, including content retention rates, customer satisfaction metrics, and return on investment.
- Manage and continuously update learning platforms and internal control systems, including CRM-related tools.
- Conduct consultative follow-ups with requesting teams, internal facilitators, supervisors, and participants.
- Support the organization of internal events, workshops, and engagement initiatives focused on culture and professional development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance support operations and learning experiences.
- Partner with different stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with business objectives and team needs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a training and development professional with experience in technical education, learning strategies, and performance improvement within technology-driven environments.
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or related roles.
- Experience working with ERP solutions or technology products.
- Strong presentation skills, excellent communication, and confidence speaking to different audiences.
- Ability to create engaging learning experiences and facilitate training sessions effectively.
- Experience developing corporate presentations using tools such as Canva, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to optimize workflows and create educational content.
- Experience editing videos and creating short-form learning materials for asynchronous training is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, collaboration mindset, and continuous learning orientation.
- Ability to analyze performance data and transform insights into development actions.
