The role involves working across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, and maintenance.

Accountabilities:
The Senior .NET Developer Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving software solutions while ensuring technical quality, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop efficient and scalable solutions using the .NET platform.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical implementations.
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Perform critical analysis of existing systems and propose improvements and optimizations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of code quality, development processes, and technical practices.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and overall quality.
- Apply software engineering best practices and object-oriented programming principles.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical challenges throughout the development process.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in software development using .NET technologies, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a technology-focused environment.
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of the .NET platform, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience working with relational databases, especially SQL Server.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
