Accountabilities
The Analista Designer E-commerce I will be responsible for creating and optimizing visual content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency, creativity, and alignment with brand strategies.
- Create visual assets and communication materials for e-commerce channels.
- Develop creative pieces for landing pages, blogs, campaigns, and digital media initiatives.
- Create key visuals (KVs) for campaigns and special projects.
- Apply brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across different communication materials.
- Collaborate with planners, copywriters, and other designers to bring content strategies to life.
- Support the creation of digital experiences that improve customer engagement and brand perception.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure efficient execution.
- Contribute ideas and creative solutions for online communication initiatives.
- Stay updated on digital design trends, tools, and creative technologies.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a creative design professional with experience in digital environments, e-commerce, and visual communication, with strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
- Completed or ongoing degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
- Previous professional experience in Design or Art Direction roles with a proven portfolio.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience using Figma for digital design projects.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
- Familiarity with digital productivity tools such as Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
- Experience applying brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency across multiple channels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and creative teams.
- Creative mindset, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with generative AI tools applied to creative workflows is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma Design is considered a differentiator.
- Interest in the beauty industry and enthusiasm for digital innovation.
