This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista Fiscal I - Telefone based in Brazil.
This is a client-facing fiscal support role focused on delivering high-quality tax and accounting assistance to customers through phone communication in a fully remote environment. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate fiscal and accounting questions related to their day-to-day operations. The role requires clarity in communication, strong technical grounding in accounting principles, and the ability to translate complex fiscal topics into simple, practical guidance. You will work closely with a collaborative team, contributing to a culture of learning, service excellence, and continuous improvement. This position offers strong exposure to real client cases across different business regimes, especially Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido. It is ideal for professionals seeking growth in accounting, customer service, and consultative financial support.
Accountabilities:
- Provide fiscal and accounting support to clients via phone, ensuring clear and accurate guidance.
- Deliver consultative assistance on tax-related and accounting questions in daily operations.
- Support clients primarily operating under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido regimes.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring high-quality customer experience and resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in fiscal guidance.
- Maintain service quality standards while managing multiple client interactions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Degree in progress or completed in Accounting Sciences (Ciências Contábeis).
- Previous experience in accounting offices or fiscal/accounting support environments.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido tax regimes.
- Strong communication skills with clarity in verbal explanation and argumentation.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong self-management, resilience, and commitment to quality delivery.
