Accountabilities:
- Develop, test, and implement machine learning and deep learning models, with a focus on Generative AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), copilots, and virtual assistants.
- Collect, clean, prepare, and manage data to support AI models, ensuring data quality, reliability, and effective analytical processes.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques and best practices to optimize interactions with AI models and improve solution performance.
- Integrate AI solutions with corporate platforms, cloud environments, and enterprise systems, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, and other business applications.
- Identify business opportunities and collaborate with different teams to translate organizational needs into innovative AI solutions.
- Design and automate processes using artificial intelligence technologies to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote AI adoption and best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams by providing technical insights and strategic recommendations throughout project development.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI model performance by adjusting algorithms, parameters, and processes when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or related fields.
- Proven experience working with Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, copilots, virtual assistants, and AI-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering methodologies and best practices for interacting with AI models.
- Proficiency in programming languages used in AI development, especially Python, with additional knowledge of PowerShell, BI, data science, and data engineering concepts.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms, cloud architectures, and cognitive services.
- Ability to analyze business challenges and translate requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities related to artificial intelligence.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
