Analyst Procurement Operations- Master Data

Job Summary

The Analyst – Procurement Operations is responsible for maintaining and updating Vendor Master Data with high accuracy and compliance to organizational standards. The role requires strong knowledge of SAP (MDG) ( and S/4HANA systems, along with data validation, quality control, and coordination across global stakeholders.
This is a full-time position based at our Tetra Pak office in Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
This is a sensitive position according the AEO Sensitive Positions policy in Brazil.

What you will do

• Create, update, and maintain vendor master records in SAP MDG and S/4HANA systems.


• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and audit requirements.


• Validate vendor information including banking, tax, and regulatory details.


• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and compliance teams for vendor onboarding and updates.


• Handle vendor master queries and resolve issues within defined SLAs.


• Perform data quality checks and generate reports for management review.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives in vendor master data processes.


• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to internal controls.

We believe you have

• Bachelor’s degree OR finishing university in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 


• Previous experience in Finance procurement operations/ Vendor Master Data / Master Data Management or similar field.


• Knowledge of SAP, MDG (Master Data Governance) OR S/4HANA.


• Proficiency in English 


• Ability to communicate in Spanish and willing to become proficient 


• Experience working with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).


• Fundamental knowledge of data analysis and data validation techniques.


• Plus, if possessing knowledge of Vendor Master Data lifecycle and governance.


• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
