Analytics Engineer Specialist - Operational Risk

• Lead the design, development, and global rollout of the Operational Risk Database, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal frameworks.


• Assess and enhance BDRO architecture, ensuring scalability and compliance.


• Translate complex data models into clear, structured datasets that meet regulatory standards.


• Design and implement data quality controls and governance mechanisms.


• Integrate multiple data sources to create key indicators and risk models.


• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.


• Champion technical excellence and best practices within the team.

• Strong foundation in analytics engineering, data modeling, and advanced analysis techniques.


• Experience with Big Data and large-scale distributed systems.


• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or similar languages.


• Solid understanding of deployment pipelines and CI/CD.


• Hands-on experience with data platforms and tools (e.g., Databricks, AWS, Soda).


• A solid grasp of risk management principles and the skill to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable strategies is a plus.
