This role is focused on helping organizations transform their technology landscape through modern application strategies, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps practices.
You will support digital transformation initiatives by modernizing enterprise applications and accelerating software delivery processes.

Accountabilities:
- Drive application modernization initiatives, supporting the transformation of enterprise applications through modern architectures and development practices.
- Design and contribute to cloud-native application solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Apply DevOps principles, engineering practices, and automation strategies to improve software delivery efficiency.
- Support the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery processes.
- Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies to develop and architect modern cloud-based solutions.
- Apply AI-driven software development approaches to enhance the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including automation, productivity improvements, and engineering optimization.
- Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and global stakeholders in multicultural and distributed environments.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to the adoption of innovative frameworks, tools, and modernization methodologies.
Requirements:
- Strong professional background in software development, application architecture, and enterprise technology transformation.
- Proven experience with application modernization projects and modern application development practices.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps methodologies, platform engineering, automation, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including cloud-native solution design and architecture.
- Understanding of AI applications within software engineering environments, including AI-driven SDLC concepts and AI-augmented development practices.
- Experience with modern development frameworks and tools, including ADK (Agent Development Kit) or equivalent technologies.
- Familiarity with emerging AI-enabled engineering approaches such as Spec-driven Development, Intent Spec-driven Development, AI-augmented SRE, and related methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively with international teams, communicate with clients, and operate in complex distributed environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for technology innovation.
