Apprentice - Sales Enablement

Are you looking to kickstart your career in sales enablement? Join Sinch as an Apprentice in our Sales Enablement team! In this dynamic role, you will gain hands-on experience while supporting the development and execution of training programs designed to empower our sales teams. You will work alongside industry experts and gain insight into how effective sales enablement impacts overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and organization of training materials and resources for sales teams.
• Support the implementation of training sessions, workshops, and webinars for the sales organization.
• Collaborate with team members to gather feedback and continuously improve training content.
• Help track and analyze the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives.
• Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for enhancing sales enablement efforts.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Enablement team as needed.

• A passion for learning and a strong interest in sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a strong nice to have.

• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
