This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Assistente de Logística B2B based in Brazil.
This is an opportunity to support day-to-day logistics operations in a B2B environment, helping ensure orders move efficiently from processing through invoicing and delivery. You will work closely with logistics analysts and contribute to accurate administrative and operational workflows. The role involves monitoring open orders, validating information, and maintaining up-to-date records of order activity. You will also track shipments and help identify status changes or potential issues. Strong organization and attention to detail will be important for maintaining operational visibility. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys structured processes, coordination, and working with logistics data.
Accountabilities:
- Support logistics analysts with administrative and operational activities related to B2B logistics processes.
- Review and evaluate open orders, ensuring the necessary information is available before releasing them for invoicing.
- Monitor, control, and record the daily flow of orders, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Track the status of orders in transit and support the identification of delays or inconsistencies.
- Assist with routine logistics controls and follow established processes to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve operational questions and maintain smooth order processing.
Requirements:
- Higher education completed or currently in progress in Logistics or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and organize operational data.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to monitor multiple orders and activities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to supporting logistics operations.
- Previous experience in B2B logistics is considered a plus.
- Previous experience with Bling ERP is considered a plus.
