Assistente de Vendas (Sales Assistant)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil - 100% On-site

Eligibility: This role is exclusively open to candidates currently residing in Brazil.

Core Responsibilities:

• Data & Pipelines: Maintain CRM accuracy and update sales metrics lead.

• Filter and qualify inbound/outbound commercial leads.

• Documentation: Prepare business quotes, proposals, and tracking reports.

• Education: Degree (or on-going) in Administration, Telecom/Computer Engineering, International Relations, or Accounting.

• With 1 year of relevant experience

• Tech skills: Power BI (dashboards/reports), CRM systems , and advanced spreadsheets.

• English proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced level
