The Associate Director Dietary Supplements/Pharma role is positioned within a context of structural growth in the dietary supplements and pharma markets, characterized by increasing regulatory complexity, higher customer sophistication, and growing demands for innovation, differentiation, and reliable supply. This environment requires strong strategic leadership to capture value-added opportunities while strengthening the company’s role as a trusted and innovative partner. The mission of this position is to strategically lead the innovation, business development and sustainable growth agenda of the Dietary Supplements and Pharma (DS/PH) area, acting as a key interface between the market, strategic customers, R&D, marketing and regional and global leadership. The position’s purpose is to accelerate the capture of higher value‑added opportunities, reinforcing the company’s positioning as a strategic, innovative and reliable partner for customers.
