Buscamos um Atendimento Sênior para atuar com clientes do mercado financeiro, no formato híbrido, em nosso escritório em São Paulo. Você terá a oportunidade de criar e executar estratégias que impulsionam o desenvolvimento de marcas inovadoras, em um ambiente dinâmico e de constante evolução.

O que você fará:

• Estuda e entende a fundo o perfil de veículos e influenciadores;


• Atendimento à imprensa por meio do recebimento e encaminhamento de solicitações de entrevistas e demais informações sobre o cliente e seus produtos/projetos, incluindo produção de briefings para porta-vozes;


• Relacionamento com a imprensa e influenciadores e gestão de mailings estratégicos da conta;


• Produção de sugestões de pauta, press releases, atas de reunião e relatórios;


• Follow up e negociação de pautas com a imprensa;


• Acompanhamento e gestão de atividades em andamento junto ao cliente, incluindo controle de prazos e acompanhamento dos processos de aprovação de materiais junto ao cliente;


• Condução de reuniões semanais de status de atividades com o cliente;


• Mapeamento proativo e reativo de oportunidades de parceria para o cliente.

Experiência que contribui para o sucesso:

• Formação em Relações Públicas, Jornalismo ou áreas correlatas


• Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência, preferencialmente em agência de comunicação


• Conhecimento das áreas do mercado financeiro, pagamentos ou fintechs;


• Experiência em atendimento ao cliente;


• Excelente redação;


• Organização e proatividade;


• Capacidade de lidar com diferentes pautas simultaneamente e de cumprir prazos.
