Audiovisual Content Supervisor - São Paulo (Hybrid)

The Audiovisual Creative Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing audiovisual projects from client briefing through final delivery. This role serves as both a creative and technical leader throughout the entire production lifecycle, including concept development, scriptwriting, pre-production, filming, creative direction, post-production, and final editing.

The professional will manage multidisciplinary teams including scriptwriters, videographers, producers, editors, motion designers, and external partners, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest creative, technical, and strategic standards. The role also requires strong expertise in Generative AI technologies to enhance creative workflows, content production, and innovation across audiovisual projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audiovisual projects from briefing to final delivery.
• Translate business requirements into creative concepts and visual storytelling solutions.
• Conduct client discovery meetings and project briefings.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storytelling strategies.
• Oversee all pre-production activities, including planning, scheduling, casting, locations, and resource allocation.
• Supervise filming and production activities to ensure quality and creative alignment.
• Manage post-production workflows, including editing, motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and final delivery.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual communication.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop creative team members.
• Research and implement industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative production techniques.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to create images, videos, storyboards, scripts, concepts, and production assets.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions to improve creative efficiency and production workflows.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, communication, and business stakeholders.
• Establish quality standards and performance metrics for audiovisual deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Audiovisual Production, Communications, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in video production companies, creative agencies, content studios, or in-house production teams.
• Strong experience across the full audiovisual production cycle.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing creative teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of cinematography, lighting, directing, storytelling, and video production workflows.
• Experience producing content for digital platforms and multimedia channels.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI tools and workflows for image and video creation.
• Experience with platforms such as Leonardo AI, HeyGen, Runway, Adobe Firefly, and Copilot.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
