Automation Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in automation engineering, focusing on robotics in a manufacturing setting. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems related to robotics and automation. Experience with PLC programming and configuration, including Siemens, B&R, etc. Familiarity with CAD software and tools for designing automation systems. Advanced English proficiency for communicating complex ideas and engaging in discussions. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment across local and global teams. Proven track record of successful project management and execution. This position may require occasional travel to other manufacturing sites or vendors. On-call support is required to address urgent technical issues outside of regular working hours. Knowledge of UR robots, Epson, and ABB robotic systems. Hands-on approach with a proactive and self-driven attitude. Commitment to self-development and continuous learning.
