Automotive Sales Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Receptionist to join our dealership team!

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming experience while supporting our sales department with daily administrative tasks.

 Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Welcome customers arriving to view or purchase vehicles.
• Assist the sales team with administrative duties.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service and support dealership operations.
• Saturdays are a MUST ! 

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, friendly, and well-organized.
• Strong telephone etiquette and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or automotive dealership experience is an asset.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
