Backoffice Coordinator

As our Backoffice Coordinator, you will Support the Sales and Account Management teams with proposals, contracts and projects.  You will develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offering to better help our customers

Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

Activities

• Support the Sales and Account Management teams with proposals, contracts and projects.


• Manage information updates & accuracy in Salesforce.


• Project tracking with deadlines, follow-ups and feedback


• Input & onboard new customers


• Updating data and information from customers in our CRM


• Take inquiries and requests from Account Managers and address their needs with Ops, Projects, etc.


• Meet regularly with other members of the team to find new ways to improve business processes

Skills and qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.


• Organization skills


• Excellent attention to detail


• Proactivity & self-motivated


• Experience using Excel and PowerPoint
