Banning Lewis Academy - High School Head Girls Basketball Coach

Banning Lewis Prep is looking to hire a High School Head Girls Basketball Coach. Hiring will be based on the best fit for the program and coaching experience. We are looking to hire an experienced coach that can bring in new ideas but also adapt to our established culture. Off season duties would start immediately upon hiring.

The High School Head Girls Basketball Coach is responsible for supporting the team throughout the season.

• Works cooperatively with the coaching staff and team members


• Acts in accordance with directives from the Administrator (or designee)


• Contributes to a positive climate and culture by exhibiting high professional standards

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of high school varsity or college coaching experience


• Ability to be an exemplary role model on an off the field


• Great organization skills


• Ability to lead a large group of athletes


• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing


• Basic knowledge of football and implementation of skills, drills


• Availability to commit to all in-season and off-season duties

• Stipend opportunities - $3500 per season

All eligible employees will participate in Colorado’s Family & Medical Leave Insurance Program, in accordance with state law. 

Paid Time Off: The amount of Paid Time Off (PTO) employees accrue is determined by both their position and the length of their employment term. Employees could accrue up to 10 days of paid time off for 10-month roles, 11 days of paid time off for 11-month roles and 15 days of paid time off for 12-month roles. 

We offer several plans to choose from, with a wide range of deductibles and co- insurance levels. We offer plans with set co-pays for certain medical services, as well as a high deductible plan with set co-insurance levels after deductibles have been met. All plans offer both in-network and out-of-network coverage. We also offer flexible spending and health savings accounts.
