We’re looking for enthusiastic and talented Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team!

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist with strong technical skills and a strategic mindset, capable of connecting design, analytics, and automation to drive the firm’s digital growth.

Your mission will be to design, develop, and optimize digital experiences that convert — from websites and landing pages to high-performance multichannel campaigns. If you enjoy combining creativity with data analysis and are passionate about seeing measurable results, this role is for you.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience in results-oriented digital marketing (minimum 3 years).
• Proficiency in Framer, WordPress, Elementor, and HubSpot Websites.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics.
• Experience implementing conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset and a constant experimentation approach.
• Intermediate or higher English level (technical reading and writing).
