Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations or enhancements. Process Mapping: Analyze and map existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with Salesforce capabilities. Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design Salesforce solutions that meet business needs, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Configuration and Testing: Assist in configuring Salesforce applications and participate in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and function correctly. User Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Data Management: Oversee data integrity and quality within Salesforce, including data migration and cleansing activities. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress. Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce features and best practices to recommend improvements and optimizations.
