We are looking for a Business & System Analyst – Data Migration & SDLC Focus with strong English skills (level B2 or higher).
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze requirements from various sources and stakeholders.
Develop functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business rules into pseudo code for better technical understanding.
Write user stories, including acceptance criteria, to guide development.
Model processes and data flows, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Create documentation from scratch to ensure clarity and maintainability.
Work with clients to define and set priorities for deliverables.
Manage product backlog effectively.
Support Product Owners, Technical Managers, and the development team in estimation, planning, and roadmap creation.
Mandatory Requirements
Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, with steady perseverance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
English level B2 or higher.
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
Technical background with database and SQL skills.
Proven experience in data migration and data transformation.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Team building and conflict resolution capabilities.
Desirable Requirements
Experience with Equifax Data Fabric and Equifax GBP platform.
Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
Previous experience as a Systems/Business Analyst on large legacy systems.
Experience migrating legacy solutions to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Knowledge of financial services in Brazil.
Experience in fraud detection for financial domains.
Background in Computer Science or related technical field.
Understanding of GCP concepts; GCP certification (Google Cloud Digital Leader) is a plus.
Cobol experience.
Data analysis expertise.
