Job Summary: 

The role focuses on developing actionable insights to drive the adoption of digital products and supporting the execution of digital metrics & programs. It involves gathering and documenting user requirements, contributing to the development and testing of new services or approaches, and ensuring solutions align with customer needs. 
 
What You Will Do:

- Analyzing existing offerings, user’s behaviors, preparing actionable insights, and recommending adoption campaigns. 

- Supporting senior leaders by fulfilling their data requests, preparing reports, and delivering actionable insights. 

- Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications; Preparing technical recommendations and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams. 

Skills:

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.

Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.

Basic Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree

- Pre Advance English

- SQL/ Snowflake basic knowledge

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
