Client Onboarding Analyst

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

 The candidate will be responsible for contributing with the expansion of our client onboarding team. The activities will be focused as core functions for onboarding clients to trade Derivatives with Hedgepoint and partners.

KEY ACTIVITIES 

• Partner with Relationship Management and Client Services team to gather the remaining information/documentation to be incorporated in the electronic Know Your Client (KYC) and You’re your Partner (KYP) record.


• Analysis of corporate documents, shareholding structures and forms.


• Identification of final beneficiaries in complex corporate structures.


• Alignments with internal and external customers on pending issues and the progress of opening accounts and maintaining them.


• Registration of customer data in internal systems.


• Support the identification/assessment of Compliance risks, including AML, suitability and other regulations.


• Organizing the workflow of different processes within the company.


• Continuously analyse the area performance, identify gaps/issues, structure data-driven and process findings to create action plans.


• Build strong relationships within other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S. or higher in Law, Economics, Administration, among others.


• Experience in onboarding process, regulatory requirements in financial institutions.


• Language: Fluent English / Spanish is a plus
