GET TO KNOW OUR AREA:

Join our global, hands on Systems Specialists team — a collaborative group with experience within clinical development and operations spanning APAC, Europe and the Americas that champions end user support for many of the systems we use (such as Veeva Clinical Operations and Data Vaults), partners closely with systems technical experts, and process SMEs to resolve issues fast, and offers high visibility, cross functional impact for people who love solving practical problems.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

Provide first level support for CD&O system users and other involved staff related to knowledge of systems and associated processes. Triage support tickets with second level System Management and Process Accountables where needed. Act as a Champion for assigned studies, countries, topic, or processes as a member of the Sysnet Team.

• Provide first level support for CD&O system users related to knowledge of systems and associated processes.


• Retain and continually develop expertise with applicable systems (Gemstone Veeva all releases, other relevant systems). The use of systems may change over time. Maintain a knowledge of reporting systems and advise end users to remove the need for excel trackers


• Communicate problems, enhancement requests from user groups to the relevant system group in DSAI.


• Proactively share information and knowledge with the end user community. Solicit feedback and identify training gaps from the relevant system groups.


• Contribute to relevant system communities to share best practices and ensure aligned approaches.


• Support business administration tasks, for example testing of system functionality or versions.


• Collaboration with training groups to develop and / or review system training and supporting materials.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

• Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).


• Relevant healthcare experience including relevant clinical operations experience.


• Strong technical expertise preferred.


• Fluent in English, verbally and in writing


• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.


• Demonstrates high self-awareness as well as system awareness


• Collaborates with accountability: collaborates and holds each other accountable in and across teams.


• Co-creates for customers is close to the customer and co-creates solutions for their needs.


• Acts, learns fast and evolves: works in 90-day cycles, applies learnings fast and continually develops- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to healthcare technology.
