Descrição do Emprego - CMO Analyst

Professional with experience in managing outsourced manufacturing organizations (CMOs), acting at the interface between the areas of planning, quality, purchasing, logistics and regulatory affairs. Responsible for ensuring alignment between the CMO's operation and the contracting company's technical, regulatory and commercial standards, with a focus on performance, cost, quality and compliance.

Main Activities:
• Manage the operational relationship with contracted CMOs.
• Monitor performance, quality, delivery and cost KPIs.
• Act as a link between internal areas and the outsourced supplier: planning, quality, logistics, purchasing and regulatory.
• Support for approval, audits and contract renewals with CMOs.
• Monitor deviations, investigations and CAPAs in outsourced operations.
• Identify operational risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Participate in S&OP and governance meetings with CMOs.
• Support the negotiation of contracts, volumes and remuneration models (manufacturing, tolling, etc.).
Technical Knowledge and Tools:
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Supply chain KPIs (OTIF, OEE, Forecast Accuracy, etc.)
• Advanced Excel / Power BI / SAP or QAD
• Quality management systems (TrackWise, Veeva, etc.)
• Experience with S&OP and supplier management
• Basic knowledge of contracts and legal/commercial terms
Languages:
• English: Intermediate to advanced (mandatory in multinational operations)
• Spanish: Important differentiator in the management of CMOs in Latin America
Behavioral Skills:
• Strong communication and ability to influence third parties
• Conflict management and focus on problem-solving
• Analytical eye and data orientation
• Proactivity and sense of ownership
• Organization and discipline to follow regulatory processes
