You won't be handling direct customer service—instead, you'll be the key player translating customer challenges and demands into actionable solutions alongside our engineering team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on investigation, connecting dots, and driving direct business impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Investigate & Identify: Analyze collection operations to pinpoint friction points in the customer journey and uncover improvement opportunities.
- Translate Customer Voice: Collect, interpret, and prioritize customer feedback and demands, turning insights into clear technical requirements.
- Bridge Teams: Work closely with engineering, data, and business teams to propose and implement the best solutions for collection challenges.
- Drive Strategy: Monitor key performance indicators and suggest data-driven strategies to increase debt recovery rates.
- Connect the Dots: Serve as the crucial link between business needs, data insights, and technology solutions.
What You'll Need To Succeed

- Advanced/fluent english for communication
Nice to Have
- Collections Experience: Previous experience in debt recovery, collections, or related financial operations.
- Technical Curiosity: Comfort working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints.
- Data Analysis Tools: Familiarity with analytics platforms and data visualization tools.
