This is an opportunity for a finance professional to accelerate their career in investment consulting while building a high-value client portfolio.
You will work with qualified leads, transforming opportunities into long-term client relationships.
The role combines strong commercial execution with technical knowledge of investments and financial markets.
You will diagnose investor profiles, provide allocation guidance, and deliver a high-quality onboarding experience.
Supported by specialists in intelligence, allocation, and investments, you can focus on relationships, opportunities, and portfolio growth.

Accountabilities
- Conduct strategic meetings with qualified leads on a daily basis, understanding their financial objectives and investment needs.
- Diagnose investor profiles and present appropriate allocation directions using clear, accessible communication.
- Convert qualified opportunities into active clients and build a sustainable, high-value investment portfolio.
- Deliver an excellent first-contact and onboarding experience, establishing trust from the beginning of the relationship.
- Maintain close, consultative relationships with clients and identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the portfolio.
- Record and monitor client interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups through the CRM.
- Participate in intensive training, practical coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives with investment specialists.
- Continuously develop technical and commercial capabilities, progressing toward a full consultative investment role as the portfolio matures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with investor clients, financial products, investment advisory, or a similar financial-services environment.
- Proven track record in sales, prospecting, client acquisition, conversion, or building and developing a client portfolio.
- Experience as an Investment Advisor or Investment Consultant is required.
- CEA or CFP certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, particularly equities, real estate investment funds, fixed income, and asset allocation.
- Strong commercial profile combined with a solid technical foundation and genuine interest in consultative sales and business development.
- Persuasive, natural communication skills, with the ability to translate technical financial concepts into clear and accessible language.
- Strong interpersonal skills, agility in strategic conversations, organization, autonomy, and results orientation.
- Curiosity, continuous-learning mindset, and willingness to contribute to team development.
- Consistent experience building and managing a client portfolio is highly valued.
