This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor SAP APO SR based in Brazil.
This is a senior-level opportunity for a highly experienced SAP APO specialist to support and stabilize critical Supply Chain Planning operations in a global environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of SAP APO processes, working closely with ECC integrations and advanced planning flows.
The role is focused on AMS support (L2/L3), where quick and accurate incident resolution is essential to maintain business continuity.
You will actively monitor and troubleshoot planning jobs, CIF queues, CCR processes and end-to-end supply chain integrations.
The position involves close collaboration with international teams, supporting operations in a high-SLA environment, including North American processes.
In addition to support activities, you will contribute to improvements, testing and continuous optimization of planning systems.
This is a fully remote role within a complex, global supply chain landscape where stability and precision are critical.
Accountabilities:
- Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP APO environments, ensuring stability of production planning processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to CIF, CCR, queue management and process chains.
- Support and maintain PP/DS processes, including detailed scheduling, capacity planning and sequencing.
- Ensure proper functioning of SAP APO jobs, process chains and planning workflows.
- Manage and correct inconsistencies in master data across APO objects (products, locations, resources, PPM/PDS, production versions).
- Support integrations between SAP ECC and APO, including PP, MM and SD modules.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA), document incidents and maintain operational knowledge base.
- Contribute to testing, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives within SAP APO landscape.
Requirements:
- Solid experience (6+ years) working with SAP APO/SCM in AMS or production support environments (L2/L3).
- Strong expertise in CIF, CCR, SCM Queue Manager, process chains, job monitoring and APO master data.
- Hands-on experience with PP/DS, including detailed scheduling, capacity planning and production sequencing.
- Experience supporting SAP ECC–APO integrations across PP, MM and SD modules.
- Knowledge of master data setup and maintenance within SAP APO (products, locations, resources, PPM/PDS, production versions).
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with experience in RCA and SLA-driven environments.
- Familiarity with global supply chain operations; experience in North American or Canadian operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of tools such as O9, SAP PP/MM/SD, basic ABAP debugging and ChaRM is a differential.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced English is mandatory for interaction with global teams and stakeholders.
