This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior SAP CO Consultant (Consultor SAP CO Sênior) based in Brazil.
This is a senior consulting opportunity focused on supporting and evolving SAP Controlling (CO) processes within complex, global enterprise environments. You will play a key role in cost control and financial process optimization, ensuring SAP CO solutions are aligned with business needs and operational excellence. The role involves working on international projects, collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams, and contributing to the full lifecycle of SAP initiatives, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. You will act as a strategic advisor for controlling processes, helping identify improvements and ensuring system efficiency and accuracy. The environment is highly collaborative and results-driven, with exposure to large-scale operations, particularly in complex industrial contexts. Accountabilities:
- Support and enhance SAP Controlling (CO) processes, ensuring alignment with business and financial requirements.
- Lead and contribute to cost closing activities and controlling routines within SAP environments.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, proposing SAP-based solutions and process improvements.
- Participate in global SAP projects, collaborating with international stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support end-to-end project phases including design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure system accuracy, governance, and adherence to financial control standards.
- Identify optimization opportunities in controlling processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a SAP CO Consultant at a senior level.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Controlling processes, especially cost closing activities.
- Experience working on global SAP implementation or support projects.
- Background in the mining industry is highly desirable.
- Advanced or fluent English for interaction with international teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in financial and controlling processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
