Content Writer

pubGENIUS, a leading React.js and Next.js development company and Ad Tech startup, is seeking a talented Content Writer to join our dynamic team. We create innovative web and AI products for clients across the US and Europe, focusing on sectors such as DeFi, fintech, healthcare, and Ad Tech.

As a Content Writer at pubGENIUS, you will craft compelling, clear, and engaging content that effectively communicates the value of our products and services to a technical and business audience. Your work will support marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and client communications.

• Proven financial writing experience (candidates with both a relevant degree and financial writing experience will be prioritized)
• Strong English writing skills (minimum B2 to C1 level)
• Experience writing website and channel content optimized for SEO
• Familiarity with any CMS platform
• Ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, reader-friendly content
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
• Experience in the Ad Tech, or fintech
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-review and improve written work
• Independent and proactive working style
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams
• A reader-first mindset focused on creating valuable, engaging content
• Interest in improving processes, optimizing workflows, and increasing efficiency

Additional Notes

• A degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Experience writing in the personal finance or comparison space is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and publish high-quality website and channel content
• Optimize content for SEO to improve rankings and grow organic traffic
• Refine and edit content for clarity, positioning, and brand voice consistency
• Track content performance across key metrics, including SEO rankings, organic traffic, leads and conversions, page views, engagement time, shares, mentions, and backlinks
• Use performance data to improve content strategy
• Provide regular reports and insights to management

Working Model

• Part-time, hourly-based role
• Opportunity to transition into full-time
• 2–3 hours of daily overlap with the team required
