Continuous Improvement Specialist

Responsável por analisar os procedimentos internos da empresa com objetivo de identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua através de ferramentas da manufatura enxuta e de qualidade (TPM, PDCA, MASP, 5S, A3, VSM, Kaizen, FMEA, entre outros). Utilizar técnicas de análise de dados e indicadores para identificar gargalos e possível ineficiência nos processos, visando otimizar o fluxo de trabalho e reduzir custos e perdas.

Implantar e aplicar iniciativas de programas corporativos relacionados, porém não limitados a 5S, TRACC, SPX, produtividade, dentre outros.

Inglês avançado é mandatório.
