Coordenador fiscal

Job Summary:

The tax coordinator will be responsible for direct and indirect taxes. This position will play a key role in ensuring high-quality tax reports preparation to make sure the company is running in a manner that complies with local requirements.

Work Location: São Paulo, região Berrini

Key responsibilities

• To prepare the calculation of taxes levied on commercial operations carried out by the company (IPI, ICMS, PIS, COFINS and ISS).
• To analyze and register tax documents for inbound and outbound operation.
• To prepare and submit tax reports (ECF, ECDE, EFD Contributions, DCTF, DCTF web, Reinf and Perdcomp).
• To prepare the calculation of the withholding tax on inbound and outbound invoices.
• To prepare the reconciliations of the accounting and tax books and the respective accounting entries.
• To attend Municipal, State and Federal inspection and external auditors.
• To monitor eventual change in tax legislation.
• To support the local and overseas administration advising the best tax strategies and maintaining the highest tax compliance.
• To carry out other activities inherent to the tax department.
• To maintain the ERP tax modules up to date with the tax legislation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent.
• Advanced in both spoken and written English.
• At least 5 years working experience in the tax area.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or equivalent system.
