We look forward to having you as part of our team in the role of Tracton CPQ Analyst, supporting and maintaining the product configuration, pricing, and quoting ecosystem. You will work across several interconnected platforms, investigating and resolving complex issues that go beyond first level support, while the organization transitions to newer systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting internal and external users of the CPQ ecosystem.


• Perform root cause analysis and identify sustainable solutions to system and process problems.


• Support and maintain product configuration, pricing, and quoting systems, with a primary focus on the Tacton CPQ platform.


• Manage data updates, maintenance activities, and system configurations while ensuring data integrity and quality.


• Create and maintain sales options and commerce-related rules and data, guaranteeing consistency and quality.


• Update system data based on stakeholder requirements, including data validation and clear documentation of changes.


• Understand and support the interaction between databases, CPQ platforms, and surrounding business systems.


• Lead and/or support CPQ Commerce (quote-to-order) projects.


• Analyze, test, and resolve tickets related to CPQ Commerce, data, and integration issues, from root cause analysis through to resolution.


• Develop and maintain reports, analytics, KPIs, and data validations to support decision-making.


• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to address operational and technical challenges.


• Contribute to continuous improvement of CPQ support and delivery processes and system efficiency.

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability.


• Ability to understand complex systems and trace issues across multiple interconnected applications.

• Experience with databases, data analysis, or development activities.


• Understanding of programming concepts and system behavior.


• Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle.

Nice to Have

• Experience or familiarity with product configuration systems (CPQ), including knowledge of Tacton CPQ development.


• Familiarity with Salesforce.


• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Platform tools.
